Shipping & Returns

How quickly should I expect my order?
Where possible, all orders are packed and shipped to you via eParcel post or courier freight within 48 hours and depending on your location in Australia, you should receive within 7-10 days. International orders are sent Registered Post or Courier as requested.  We always aim to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.  If you feel your delivery is taking longer than expected, please email us at info@theraplateaustralia.com or call (0418 947 321) so we can follow it up for you or check your tracking details issued by Australia Post eParcel.

My package has arrived, but it is damaged…?
Please call us immediately on (08) 9244 3751 within 5 working days and we will endevour to retify the situation. Southern Stars Saddlery are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen property caused by the transport company.


What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
We will notify you of this by phone or email, and ship to you as soon as possible, usually within 7-28 days depending on the supplier. Please note some items are special order only. Please contact us if you have any enquires at info@theraplateaustralia.com.


Which shipping option should I choose?

Depending on how quickly you wish to receive your goods these are our postage options:

Eparcel Standard: Standard shipping that will usually take between 3-7 working days this is usually sent by road.

Eparcel Express: Express shipping is for items that do not fit in a satchel bag delivery is estimated between 2-3 working days.

For Express items please check if you are within Australian Post “Express post Delivery Network” as if you are outside this zone Australian Post will still take the standard 7 days. For more information visit Australian Post website.
